Between them, Atlas's co-founders have been the regulator, the examiner, the health plan chief executive, the insurer's counsel, the receiver, and the receivership's counsel.
John built Oscar Health's legal, regulatory, and government affairs team from the ground up, served as chief executive of a $2.5 billion state health plan and benefits program, and spent 15 years as General Counsel for UnitedHealthcare's Northeast and Southeast regions. At Atlas, he leads healthcare regulatory strategy and receivership counsel.
